教師簡介

博士、教授、上海交通大學人力資源處副處長兼教師發(fā)展中心主任。研究領域主要是管理中的心理與行為問題，論文主要發(fā)表于《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Personnel Psychology》、《管理世界》，以及《管理科學學報》等國內外學術期刊。
上海交通大學工學本科，管理學碩士、管理學博士，哈佛大學心理學系博士后，歌德大學社會心理學系洪堡學者。
